location was pretty good, i will give them that. it was reasonably close to things, i guess.
the safe in my room did not work, that was really annoying. i asked about it, but no one fixed it. it made me nervous to leave my stuff in there.

the hotel was clean, i noted that both the rooms and common areas were consistently immaculate. the staff always greeted me warmly. their helpfulness and hospitality. the breakfast included tasty options like eggs benedict.
the room was slightly warm, and i noticed guests smoking near the entrance, though this was a minor issue.

The front desk staff offered helpful suggestions about local attractions. They were very knowledgeable. the team at the front desk and bar were always friendly. they provided prompt and efficient assistance throughout my visit.

the location was close to the main attractions, so the city center was accessible by foot.
I found the cleanliness somewhat lacking. The room had a noticeable smell. it reminded me of dirty socks. i suspect the bed sheets weren't dried thoroughly, rather off-putting. this really needs addressing.

the location met my expectations, it was close to places of interest.
The room was too warm. i opened the window only to discover guests and staff smoking right outside. The smell drifted in. the air conditioning lacked a remote. I had to ask staff to turn it on, a real inconvenience.

the air conditioning barely worked in the bedroom. the rooms felt stuffy, and it wasn't even that hot outside (only about 22 degrees!).
